Begin the evening with a delightful charcuterie spread followed by a tangy Caesar salad and shrimp skewers while Chef Esh-Marie works to prepare the main course: New York strip steak and lobster served on a bed of sautГ©ed rainbow chard. You'll also indulge in creamy crab and shrimp mashed potatoes before ending with your choice of homemade cake.

Chef Esh-Marie gave my family and I a wonderful experience. Communication was timely. My daughter is a vegetarian and Chef prepared a seperate pasta dish that was amazing. Chef was fun to talk to, prepared great food and was everything I expected.
