WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Let Chef Valentina surprise your palate with a filling and flavorful meal.
This private chef experience begins with a plump and delicate tuna tartare topped with avocado, togarashi aioli, a dollop of crème fraiche, and garnished with a crispy sesame wonton. You’ll then enjoy a perfectly cooked hanger steak with grilled romano beans, an herb velouté sauce, confit finger potatoes, and pickled cippolinis. If that’s not enough to get your mouth watering, your meal is accompanied by a truffle pasta gratin. To end your meal, you’ll enjoy a refreshing passion fruit panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
