In this private chef experience, Chef Javier blends luxurious ingredients with professional technique to create a vibrant fusion of international delights. You'll savor the bold flavors of Spain in a fresh arugula salad featuring serrano ham and smoked almonds. Drawing from French tradition, the chef presents grilled skirt steak with savory shiitake mushrooms and a rich herbed demi glace. Finish the meal with a dessert inspired by a tropical Filipino favorite.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Javier hails from Lima, Peru, where he received his degree in the culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu. A versatile and experienced chef, he has worked in professional kitchens and cooked for clients privately in their homes over the past 20 years. While Chef Javier is well-versed in global cuisine, Peruvian food is his specialty, and he looks forward to sharing the flavors of home with others!
