Indulge in Chef Jimi’s plant-based take on classic comfort food.

Chef Jimi invites you to experience a vegan menu of unique recipes that will comfort and nourish you, featuring a balance of fresh produce and plant-based products. Begin with a cozy spin on a New York tradition, the chopped cheese sandwich. The chef’s version is made with Beyond Meat beef, creamy avocado, sun-dried tomatoes and plant-based mozzarella and served as a toasty tartine. For the main course, enjoy tricolor quinoa with cauliflower, butternut squash, pickled grapes and a carrot-ginger coulis. For dessert, savor the chef’s own avocado matcha ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was such a great experience! Chef Jimi was professional and answered all of our questions! Each meal course was divine!!!! He put a lot of thought and effort into each course. He also was so kind and cleaned up everything. I definitely recommend Chef Jimi! I hope to do this again soon.
