Chef Sean brings steakhouse-style dining to your home table in this private chef experience. Savor a top-tier menu that gives familiar flavors a gourmet upgrade. You'll enjoy a smoky grilled Caesar salad with house-made dressing, Brussels sprouts caramelized to perfection and a smoked steak served with fingerling potatoes. For dessert, indulge in a refreshing fruit tart topped with macerated berries and a creamy rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We enjoyed Chef Sean. He was pleasant and his food was sooo delicious. I was giving this a 4 star over the cost of the experience. I felt, as well as my friends, that $430+ was a bit bunch for what we were offered. I have no idea how I overlooked this price, guess I just wanted it for the experience, which Sean was wonderful at. I Loved the fact that he took time and was respectful as we sat and prayed over our meal before continuing forth. That spoke volumes to all of us at the table!!!!!! The steak was done just right for each of our liking. We all thoroughly enjoyed the side dishes and the dessert was yummy. Chef Sean paid close attention to the food allergies that were presented. Overall Sean, would definitely love to have him back as a chef when we may be in area again.
