Tropical produce and fresh fish take center stage in this Caribbean-inspired private chef experience, where bold flavors and vibrant ingredients come together for an unforgettable meal. This five-course surf and turf menu highlights island favorites with a refined twist.

Begin with a bright avocado salad served atop toasted crostini, offering a tropical spin on classic bruschetta. Follow with tender braised short rib slow-cooked in a rich red wine sauce, paired with creamy coconut rice and field peas. Enjoy crispy local snapper escovitch topped with pickled vegetables and a hint of scotch bonnet heat. What a phenomenal meal and experience with Jamila! Truly the best meal ever served in our home! The food was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly (the short ribs melted in our mouths), and plated beautifully. We truly felt like we were swept away to a fancy restaurant in the Caribbean. I also loved her attention to detail and how she kept our kitchen spotless. I will definitely be hiring her again!
