Fans of The Bachelor TV show will swoon for this private chef experience led by Chef Joshua. Indulge in a romantic menu where every course is worthy of a rose – choose your appetizer and entrée as a couple while Chef Joshua handles everything from preparation to cleanup.
The evening opens with your choice of a velvety sweet potato soup, a bright beet and carrot salad with forbidden rice or a shishito and wild mushroom salad with pralines and lemon vinaigrette. The main course offers a gourmet steak with fingerling potatoes and black garlic vinaigrette, a pork chop with bok choy and peach balsamic or salmon with risotto and beurre blanc. We had a totally plant based meal; an interesting olive tapenade over sourdough bread, delicious soup, roasted vegetables over mashed celeriac, an a coconut creme with red plums and pistachios. I learned many things about how to bring out flavors and how to mix flavors. There were four of us and we all had an outstanding time. Chef Joshua was a brilliant, kind and interesting teacher.

Chef Joshua was absolutely wonderful and he made the experience comfortable and fun almost immediately. The selection of the recipes was great and the food was delicious. He was very nice to talk to and we came away with some awesome new recipes, a ton of restaurant recommendations, and reading material to understand how and why certain foods are prepared.
