Embark on a journey through classic French flavors reimagined with a modern twist in this private chef experience curated by Chef Melrine. Perfect for intimate gatherings or a romantic evening, this experience blends timeless elegance with innovative culinary flair.
The menu begins with drunken mussels simmered in white wine, paired with a savory mushroom tartine. Follow with a golden kale salad, blending tender kale leaves, sweet golden raisins, crunchy pecans and a delicate balsamic glaze. The main course offers a deconstructed take on the iconic beef Wellington, featuring perfectly cooked steak, earthy mushrooms, fresh spinach, flaky puff pastry and creamy mashed potatoes. Conclude this elegant experience with a decadent Biscoff cheesecake, layered with whipped cream and topped with a caramel drizzle—a sweet finale to a sophisticated evening.
