In this plant-based private chef experience with Chef Nedra, you’ll savor a satisfying Mediterranean menu. First, delight in creamy pan-seared vegan cheese served with fresh pita bread, and a salad with the innovative combination of mint, arugula and cucumbers tossed in tangy dressing. Grape leaves filled with fluffy rice, creamy hummus with vegetables and a wild rice dish round out your main course. For dessert, enjoy flaky apple crumble and velvety ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Nedra now runs her own meal prep company, through which she fulfills her passion of teaching others about the importance of nutrition and healthy food. Her love of cooking and the service industry has led Chef Nedra to explore many roles, including server, bartender and restaurant manager. She prides herself on taking on each role and client exchange with a friendly disposition.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
