The Italian coast meets the Bayou in this fusion meal prepared by Chef Dos.

Entertain your guests while Chef Dos prepares a delectable meal joining two cuisines from around the world. Italian dishes get a Cajun twist starting with lemon rosemary biscuits before moving onto chicken in a creamy Creole sauce over green chili mashed potatoes. A side of roasted balsamic asparagus with Parmesan cheese rounds out the savory courses before a dessert cake of apples and pears with a swirl of cream cheese.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

As Chef Dos made a wonderful meal for us, he shared his experience, his music and himself as well! The biscuits were the perfect blend of crispy and chewy--I still can't figure out had he did that. The chicken was moist, the sauce flavorful and the polenta so creamy. And his cake was delicately fruited and spiced. What a great evening for us while visiting Detroit! Thank you, Chef Dos.

My parents had the absolute best time. They were raving about the experience with Chef Dos. From the food, to the preparation, first-class service and fun conversation... they were gleaming to me on the phone telling me about their dinner.
