Take a journey through both classic New Orleans cooking with Chef Devin in this private chef experience. Begin with Cajun-style peppers stuffed with Italian sausage, fresh shrimp and vegetables, and a kale Caesar salad drizzled with homemade Cajun-spiced Caesar dressing. Then, Chef Devin will serve beautifully crunchy fried catfish and jambalaya before an indulgent dessert of fiery bananas Foster.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
