Chef Darnell will prepare a showcase of Caribbean flavors with this exciting menu featuring regional ingredients. Begin with a bright seafood ceviche of shrimp and scallops followed by hearty curried chicken or goat and vegetables served with traditional rice and peas. Finish the meal with sweet and crispy fried plantain patties.

Chef Darnell was amazing for our dinner party of 8. He arrived early, was friendly and engaging, and prepared a delicious 3 course meal that far exceeded our expectations. Our guests were so impressed. We cant wait to hire him again! I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Chef Darnell created an unforgettable experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. The interactive elements of the cooking class was fun and educational, and he explained very well each step l, including any prep he had done beforehand. The meal was excellent as well - very tasty, with beautiful presentation. This was a fun and different way to do a small dinner party, and we will definitely recommend this experience to anyone interested in learning a little while also enjoying an excellent meal.
