Savor the flavors of Beijing with four tantalizing courses in this private chef experience with Chef Wen. Discover a variety of farm fresh vegetables such as mung bean sprouts, mushrooms and pumpkin tossed in a light ginger and soy sauce. Then, garlicky spinach prepared with bean curd for a hint of umami and crunchy peas. Finally, enjoy tropical tempura-style durian fruit for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Wen is amazing!! He was very knowledgable about Chinese cooking and was super engaging throughout the entire class. Chef Wen was delightful! Start to finish, the experience (Flavors of Beijing) was both instructive and fun. Chef arrived early to prep and stayed until all the cleanup was complete. The food was delicious and the conversation interesting. He kept us engaged and involved in the process throughout the evening, relating his experiences and history while patiently teaching and cooking. I highly recommend inviting him to cook for you in your home and share in the experience.
