Chef Karen made us French onion soup, steak, and crepes with ice cream. The highlight was the steak, perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. She was friendly, left the kitchen very clean, and left us some yummy leftover sauces. We’ll be hiring her again!

How much should I tip my private chef?
This is entirely down to your discretion, however, please know that when you hire a chef for dinner, you are under no obligation whatsoever to give a tip. Regardless of whether or not there’s a tip on the table, your chef takes pride in delivering the most memorable experience to everybody sitting around it. Of course, we understand if you’d like to give one — it’s a wonderful way in which to thank your chef for an enjoyable evening. Again, if you do, the amount is up to you, but if you’re unsure, we usually recommend between 10% and 25% of the total experience cost.
