Chef Jesus will craft a gourmet meal with favorites from around China in this immersive private chef experience. Get started with vegetable spring rolls before moving on to a popular classic — fried rice refined with fresh shrimp and scallops — followed by a sole fish dish with a spicy soy and ginger sauce. Finish with a wonderfully creamy Chinese mango pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
