Chef Anwar puts an innovative twist on classic Cajun cuisine in this immersive private chef experience. Inspired by regional New Orleans ingredients, he will prepare fresh mini lobster tacos with a zesty Cajun aioli. Move on to a savory stuffed blackened chicken with refreshing pico de gallo, before sampling a rich and creamy penne Alfredo with crawfish. Mango-lime cheesecake adds a final and particularly refreshing touch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Anwar was awesome!!! This is perfect for date night or treating your special someone to dinner in a more creative and intimate way. I had a blast making pasta and Chef Anwar went above and beyond for us. Will book in the future for sure!

What can I say but.. WOW! This was by far the best birthday present I've given to my husband. Anwar was professional yet personal. He made the entire evening enjoyable! We also learned a few things! I will definitely spread the word!

I choose Chef Anwar's class as a date night with my wife and he was kind enough to invite us to his place. Anwar and his wife provided us with the right atmosphere, hospitality and hands-on experience during our evening. I would recommend this for a pleasant, thoughtful class from someone who's very passionate about food and cuisine.
