Indulge in a classic Southern-style barbecue, courtesy of Chef Quintin.

Enjoy the flavors of the South with this soul food spread handcrafted by Chef Quintin. Begin with Carolina eggs made with paprika, crispy chicken skin and dill pickle before moving on to sticky pork ribs and an eight-hour smoked glazed pork butt and brisket. Enjoy creamy macaroni and cheese and soft buttery rolls on the side. Finish your meal with a citrusy lemon pound cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
