To start, a classic shrimp cocktail will tide you over until the main course arrives: peppercorn-encrusted New York strip steak cooked to perfection and served with creamy Robuchon potatoes and tender roasted asparagus. Be sure to save some room for the pièce de résistance: A decadent crème brûlée dessert!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I did the class with my daughter and 16 year old granddaughter we all had a great time but messy stove

It was a very enjoyable class. Learned a lot. She made sure everyone was at the same place, graciously kept the class going, answered all questions and offered good hints and information. Also she showed us what the cooked items should look like and her pan when cooking. Very helpful.
