In this private chef experience, Chef Jalisa combines techniques from African, Latin and East Indian cuisines to highlight regional ingredients, including tropical fruit, herbs and of course, seafood. Begin with crispy tostones and a bright mango-pineapple salad with cilantro-lime vinaigrette. Grilled jerk lobster and ginger scallops are the centerpiece of the meal, paired with green banana hash. For dessert, enjoy flaky Guyanese pine tarts with a coconut rum glaze.

Chef Jalisa is so much fun. From a young age she's enjoyed cooking and the joy of sharing her food with others. The culinary industry inspires her so much so that she opened her own private chef business serving all over the Atlanta area. I really recommend her!
