To begin, choose from options like cranberry and citrus baked brie or stuffed mushrooms. Then, select a juicy vegan turkey, whole roasted cauliflower, stuffed and roasted acorn squash or white bean and thyme pot pies for an alternative Thanksgiving entrГ©e, plus your choice of side dishes. End with classic dessert options like pumpkin or apple pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

morning… Chef T was AMAZING!!!! She’s very personable and patient, not once hesitated or got frustrated with us. We DID NOT feel like customers/students AT ALL. Her complete space was open and available to us and we truly felt welcomed. We came feeling like guests and left feeling like we just stopped by as company. We definitely will be utilizing Chef T again as well as recommending her. Chef T is definitely an asset to your site
