Chef Yapo provided a great experience for my family! We bought the cooking class for my dad as a Christmas present because he loves cooking and being with family. He was extremely thorough. Brought all of the ingredients and everything that we needed. He provided us a lot of education about cooking and the ingredients. We never knew how much work it was to make ravioli but Chef Yapo made it easy! My dad and family loved the class! Thank you!!!

My husband and I learned so much from Chef Yapo about how to peel ginger (iâ€™be been doing it the hard way for years), peel and chop garlic, and how to season fresh fish. Cooking was fun and didnâ€™t feel like a chore. The menu he selected was delicious. We were both so proud of our time in the kitchen and canâ€™t wait to do it again with our family and friends.

Chef Yapo is a true inspiration. I won't ruin the surprise but he has a back story that will knock your socks off. He's a wonderful chef with LOADS of talent and excitement and passion for his food. His gnudi is light and soft and his excitement is palpable. Take his class, you'll learn a lot!
