In this private chef experience, you'll explore incredible cuisine from Chef Vivian's native country of Peru. This four-course dinner begins with snapper ceviche immersed in lime juices and spices followed by Chef Vivian's one-of-a-kind solterito salad with white corn, onion and black olives. Then, indulge in a hearty and classic beef stew with quinoa tacu tacu, and finish with a luscious Peruvian dessert: Suspiro a la limeña.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With white queso, white corn, onion, black olives, soy beans and tomatoes
