Relax and allow Chef Peggy to take you on a culinary tour of Southern Italy.

During this private chef experience, Chef Peggy will prepare for you an authentic, multi-course Southern Italian meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and recipes she learned while living in Italy. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a fennel, radicchio and grapefruit salad, a juicy and tender lemon and rosemary roasted chicken, tiramisu featuring a strong coffee flavor and a dreamy, light mascarpone and zabaglione filling, and more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
