What You’ll Do

Allow Chef Chris to create and serve you a romantic, seafood-focused feast.

Plan the perfect date night in with this seafood feast handcrafted by Chef Chris. You'll begin with braised octopus, Japanese eggplant and roasted shishito peppers, followed by a peppery arugula salad with figs and goat cheese. For the entrГ©e, enjoy seared scallops with either brown butter, whipped yucca root and braised greens, or whipped sweet potatoes with herbed oil and citrus green beans. Poached pears with caramel gelato will be served for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Chris and his team were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.

Chris exceeded all expectations when doing our 4-course dinner for two for our anniversary. All of the dishes were excellent and had great presentation. He also did a great job of answering cooking questions along the way. We would highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future.
