During this private chef experience, Chef Sharon will prepare a four-course Caribbean-inspired seafood feast using local and responsibly sourced ingredients as a canvas for a host of refreshingly vibrant flavors. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include plantain hush puppies with avocado, salmon tiradito with passion fruit, crab and corn risotto, and pan-seared scallops.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
