I had a fantastic time in this class. We learned useful new skills, including the easiest way to make homemade mayonnaise! And the end product was an absolutely delicious, creative meal. My only feedback would be to budget at least two hours for this classâ€“â€“ although maybe that's just because my sister and I took it together and did entirely too much chatting :)

Excellent experience! This was our second lesson with Chef Stafano and we highly recommend his classes. The pace is great, he give lots of great tips and was able to suggest modifications depending on the needs of different groups. The food is also delicious!
