Online Cooking Class - Japanese Potstickers and Mojitos

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Andy and learn how to make Japanese-style potstickers right in your own kitchen.

In this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to make Japanese-style potstickers and mojitos with a Japanese-inspired twist. Chef Andy will begin by teaching you how to make a succulent shrimp filling as well as how to properly fold and pleat your potstickers. You will also learn how to cook your potstickers without using a steamer, and you can look forward to enjoying freshly made sake mojitos!
