He loves food and traveling, and has spent much of his career studying and working in kitchens across Europe, including Michelin-starred restaurants. Chef Stefano is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much and made the BEST pumpkin pie we have ever eaten. Hopefully we get to book another class with him in the future.
