What You’ll Do

Learn how to make two of the most popular Indian street food snacks at home!

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Rishika, you will learn how easy it is to make two popular Indian street food snacks right in your own kitchen. Chef Rishika will begin by teaching you how to prepare spicy and tangy puffed rice chaat using a flurry of Indian spices. Then, you will make homemade Indian flatbread stuffed with spiced mixed vegetables and served with mint chutney.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Prep Work Details

1. Measure flour 2. Chop onions as finely as possible preferably small diced. 3. Chop ginger and garlic 4. Chop cilantro roughly. 5. Boil 3 medium sized potatoes (yellow or white). Peel and cut into medium cubes.
