Join Chef James for an online culinary expedition through Spain with four unique wines and four traditional tapas. In this live and interactive online cooking class, Chef James will guide you through preparing a variety of tapas, including pan con tomate, gilda — skewers of peppers, olives and anchovies — and patatas chips with tinned Spanish mussels. Wines and ingredients (except for the bread) can be ordered online at SpanishTable.com if desired.
