My husband and I attended a cooking class with Chef Michelle and it was a fantastic experience. Her passion for food and love for teaching were evident in every aspect of the class. She provided clear and easy to follow instructions, making even the most complex recipes seem simple. The class was not only informative but also enjoyable, with Chef Michelle's friendly and approachable demeanor. I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Chef Michelle for anyone looking to improve their culinary skills and have a great time doing so. Weâ€™ll definitely be booking her again!

Kelly did such an amazing job. She made class interesting fun and taught us good techniques to apply. I will definitely return for another class. We drove 4 hours for the cooking class. We arrived a little late I feel a little more details to the instructions on where to find the class would of been more helpful. But overall it was an amazing experience and class. Me and my husband enjoyed it.

Taken the current circumstances with quarantine, this was still a cool experience. Jess and I felt welcome and safe through the entire experience. Chef J&E were amazing hosts. Great music selection, story telling, cooking tips, and a hella good 4 course meal. Birthday man enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you once again!!! This is a must do if you're looking for an intimate, fun experience with great hosts. Ps. Emily, the gift was wonderful and you were amazing as well.

We cooked chicken, made risotto, made a salad, and had gelato. It was all very good. The chef, Daniel, was excellent. This was our first time with a cooking class, and we will definitely be doing it again! I don't have the recipes for what we made. I'm not sure if it will be emailed to me or if I just didn't pick them up after class.

We cooked the Strip Steak with Chianti Pan Sauce, crispy gnocchi with arugula salad with lemon-parmesan dressing. I learned to make gnocchi which was fun. The whole event was a great time. Our counter has just the right amount of people which was 4. We were not over crowded like the other counter that had 8. I think 6 is a good number. We would definitely do this again.

Chef Joe walked us through cooking asparagus soup, risotto w leek, asparagus & string beans, frittata & roasted strawberries ice cream. We learned knife skills. He included each student in the meal prep. He was entertaining , efficient & knowledgeable. He made sure we were successful. A good meal & a good time.

We very much enjoyed learning how to cook Asian Dumplings with Chef Chelsea! She did a great job of explaining the process and offered a lot of tips and tricks throughout the session. We enjoyed bonding with our classmates and hearing about Chef Chelsea's experiences as a Chef! This was a so much fun and we had a blast!

Chef Chelsea is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I feel like I asked about a million questions, and she was more than happy to answer them! You can really tell that she loves food and that teaching is something that she enjoys. Everything was great the only thing that could have been better was the instructions on how to find the restaurant I had to call for the name and got lost looking for him because I was not familiar with the La Cantera shopping center. Besides that the class was simple and fun will love to book again. Chef was great

Her attention to all the details, and super-organized skills had us feeling confident and excited every step of the way. She selected the freshest, in-season beautiful ingredients for each dish. Every part of the meal was prepared entirely from whole scratch ingredients made into delicious salad, soup, pork tenderloin and sorbet. Chef Michelle's energy and warmth are contagious and give her our highest recommendation!
