Yes, was a fun class.
Chef was wonderful and great personality and his assistant was nice and accommodating too.
Loved the recipes and learning to build & cook them with my friends.
Would highly Suggest to have POTHOLDERS available for safety when we are grabbing the HOT Pan handles while cooking- several of us had quite the shock of grabbing a HOT handle with no potholders available.~ especially when it’s connected to a Kitchen Store…?

Chef Chris was a lot of fun and informative during our class. He made us feel relaxed and gave us tips on how to prepare and cook our meal. My girlfriends and I felt the experience was great!

The food came out great. I felt the whole experience was very rushed. I did not like sharing a station and ingredients with another couple, especially since there were four stations in the kitchen, and only three couples and we were all crowded around 2 stations. This setup also prevented us from being able to perform all the techniques.
