Great class! Would have liked more than tuna to roll, glad Chris didn't teach the class!
I think the chef was a little unprepared and disorganized. Also, the chef should circulate through the class more to make sure everyone gets some 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Course was kind of expensive for what little it covered.
