Raised in vibrant New Orleans, it was inevitable that Dylan O'Donnell would master the subtleties of Louisiana cuisine. While living in Rome, he picked up the nickname Doctor Gumbo due to his habit of cooking for friends. After returning to New Orleans, O'Donnell started Doctor Gumbo Tours with his wife, Tracy. Together, they've introduced hundreds of guests to local hotspots and historical sites throughout Southern Louisana.
