Chef Carly is a culinary nutritionist. She received her MS in nutrition from Columbia University and is also graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute. Chef Carly now runs her own business focused on nourishing others with plant-centric, health-supportive, sustainability-minded cuisine. Her food philosophy is guided by vibrant colors, inspired by nature's bounty, and is driven by what the body needs to feel its best.

What a wonderful and unique experience! Carly is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. My boyfriend and I loved the hands-on cooking (we did the GF DF Italian class) and, of course, the delicious food. Along the way, Carly offered some cooking and preparation techniques that translate to everyday meals. We would highly recommend cooking with Carly :)
