My wife and I attended the Macarons class with Chef Stephanie and found it to be a wonderful experience! We have always heard how difficult they are to make and perfect, but Chef Stephanie helped us nail ours on the first try. We also felt that she gave us some valuable tips about baking in general as well. My wife and I are not strangers to cooking classes, and we both really enjoyed this one. I would highly recommend this as a gift for foodies.

I had the croissants class with Chef Stephanie and it was the best class ever. Learned the technique and got lots of tips to be able to be successfully make them at home. Chef Stephanie was, as usual, very patient and made the class an amazing experience.

Her guidance, patience, and passion truly made the class special. And the best partâ€”getting to spend the day with such wonderful company, lots of laughs, and perfectly sweet macarons at the end. Took the Tarte class taught by Chef Stephanie, it was a wondeful experience. Chef was very informative and able to answer all our groups questions. Gave awesome demonstrations and ample time for hands on. Personable and educational, would recommend this course specifically and look forward to hopefully taking more in the future as she hosts a variety of classes.

An absolutely amazing class! It was so much fun learning different techniques and recipes. Chef Stephanie was fantasticâ€”extremely knowledgeable, patient, and such a great teacher. She made everything easy to understand and created such a fun, welcoming environment. I learned so much and canâ€™t wait to put my new skills to use at home. Our class with Chef Stephanie was a great experience from start to finish! She had the whole process streamlined for teaching each step, and there was never a moment we felt rushed or unsure. Her explanations were clear and her tips/tricks helped us to tackle some of the more challenging steps. It was all very fun, and of course the croissants were delicious! We are definitely considering taking another class sometime.

What a wonderful experience learning to cook salmon rillette, pork loin, potato au gratin, green beans, and chocolate mousse. My favorite part was that all the recipes were so fancy and delicious, but did not require unusual ingredients or cooking tools. Thank you Chef Stephanie!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time making macarons with Chef Stephanie. I definitely feel a lot more confident to bake macarons after this class. The macarons were delicious and Chef gave plenty of other ideas for fillings other than the ones we made in class. This is the perfect activity for Galentines or any other excuse to spend time learning with your best friends. (Also fun and instructive in general of course)

We had a lovely time with Stephanie - she walked through each course with detailed, but easy-to-understand instructions and best practices. She shared general tips on cooking, ingredients and kitchen tools as well. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxed, giving us space to ask questions and jump into the hands-on experience with ease. I gifted this for my adult daughter and myself for Christmas and it was worth it! Stephanie welcomed us into her lovely kitchen and taught us how to make croissants, almond croissants and chocolate croissants. Her hands on approach gave me the confidence to make them on my own at home. We also made new friends in our class. It was a very Merry Christmas for all!

Chef Stephanie taught us how to make a fruit tart straight from scratch! We learned how to roll the dough, temper the egg for the pastry cream, and tap into our creative minds while decorating our tart. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend anyone take this class!
