Cooking Class - A Journey Through Thailand

What You’ll Do

Journey beyond pad Thai and discover the wonderful world and true flavors of Thai cuisine.

In this hands-on class, Chef Veronica will walk you through the simple techniques and unique ingredients that come together to form some of the most beautiful and stunning Thai dishes.

You will be cooking everything on Chef Veronica's four-course menu completely from scratch using the freshest ingredients available, such as mint, ginger, and other traditional Thai spices. A couple of recipes you can look forward to creating include ginger and cilantro meatballs with a lime-soy dipping sauce, as well as a tropical and refreshing coconut mango rice pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating at the top of her class at Escuela de Gastronomia in Bogota, Colombia, Chef Veronica has been using her culinary arts degree working as a personal chef, caterer, and cooking instructor. Chef Veronica has a vast knowledge of international cuisine and specializes in authentic Mexican fares. Her main focus when teaching cooking classes is providing exceptional hospitality and showcasing high-quality, local ingredients.

Veronica was a fun and gracious host in her beautiful home. We had a great time, learned a lot about Thai Cuisine and had an amazing meal. It was such a fun and unique night out with friends. We will definitely be doing it again!

AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!
