What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare a dazzling display of sushi and Asian specialties with Chef Harold.

In this hands-on class with Chef Harold, you will learn an impressive array of both traditional and modern techniques, tips, tricks and recipes to bring a spectacular sushi feast to the table.

Chef Harold will demonstrate how to properly cook sushi rice and how to prepare fresh vegetables, such as how to julienne cucumbers, make decorative vegetable flowers and thinly slice avocados. Some of the sushi you'll prepare includes a bacon, lettuce and tuna roll, a classic California roll, spicy tuna with a mango Sriracha sauce and lobster maki.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Harold is an amazing chef and teacher! We all (family of four) enjoyed learning about the ingredients, the process and of course, the sushi! Would totally do this again.

Chef Harold was amazing!! Not only was the sushi delicious, but he brings a fun and enthusiastic energy. He brings everything you need so no need to prep other than a bottle of wine if you’d like! Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Great for a date night, work related gathering, or a night with friends! 5 stars x2!!
