Learn the art and skill of strikingly fancy, yet perfectly poppable hors d'Oeuvres and tapas.
In this hand-on class, you will learn the techniques to packing big flavors into elegant small bites with Chef Craig. You do this by working your way through Chef Craig's impressive and diverse five-course menu spanning from Spain to China to Italy, and more!
You will begin by discovering why cheese diamonds are an hors d'Oeuvres plate's best friend. Then, you will move on to preparing even more fancy finger foods, including zingy Shanghai-style wild mushroom wontons and discovering how to put a surprisingly healthy and delicious twist on classic cannelloni.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
