WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn everything you need to know to create an upscale dining experience and romantic evening.
In this hands-on couples class, you and your date will learn from Chef Greg how to make an impressive steakhouse dinner completely from scratch. By the end of the class, you will have discovered the skills to prepare an elegant dinner, best enjoyed by candlelight with your date.
You will begin by choosing either a ribeye or strip steak and then learn the techniques to properly prepare your selection. You will also make a tangy homemade steak sauce, tender and luxurious creamed spinach, and perfectly crispy lemon garlic potatoes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
