A gluten-free diet doesn't mean you have to miss out on delicious Italian pasta!
In this hands-on class, Chef Daniel has prepared a gluten-free Italian menu for you to enjoy. Chef Daniel will guide you in creating different variations of gluten-free pasta dishes that are as delicious as their gluten-filled counterparts.
The first pasta course is tagliatelle cacio e pepe made from scratch — a deceptively simple but absolute delicacy. The second pasta course will be spinach ricotta cannelloni topped with tomato sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.
