Learn a few basic tricks and helpful tips that will make preparing seafood a breeze.
In this hands-on class, Chef Eliza takes all of the intimidation out of cooking seafood. You will tackle an array of seafood, from whole fish to shellfish, with the knowledgeable instruction of Chef Eliza.
To begin class, you won't waste any time and will dive right in to learning how to prepare a whole fish from start to finish. Then, you will crack open the secrets to shellfish by preparing a magical mussels bowl. Lastly, it's a seafood extravaganza for the books in the form of a beautifully flavorful paella.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After completing an internship with the Rachael Ray show in college, Chef Eliza fell in love with food. She moved to New York and began culinary school, which led her to own and operate her own catering company in Chicago, and now rise to the elite role of executive chef in San Francisco.
