In this hands-on class, Chef Eliza will show you how to create beautiful, handmade Italian desserts to impress any of your guests — and yourself! You will get to leave with all of the recipes and to-go boxes for your sweet Italian treats.
You will also leave class with a new understanding of why Italy reigns supreme in the dessert realm. Begin with a little pick-me-up as you handcraft a miraculously tender, light-as-air tiramisu. Next, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth panna cotta shooters. Lastly, you will roll up crisp and luscious chocolate cannolis.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With espresso, cognac mascarpone cream, and cocoa dust
Panna Cotta Shooters
With honey, fresh whipped cream, and an almond crumble
Chocolate Cannoli
Handmade dough, orange-infused ricotta cream, and chocolate chips

After completing an internship with the Rachael Ray show in college, Chef Eliza fell in love with food. She moved to New York and began culinary school, which led her to own and operate her own catering company in Chicago, and now rise to the elite role of executive chef in San Francisco.
