Cooking Class - Filipino From Scratch

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Ellie on a culinary journey in creating an authentic Filipino meal from scratch.

In this hands-on class, Chef Ellie focuses on teaching the culinarily curious how to craft traditional and interesting Filipino-American dishes using high-quality, authentic, and often local ingredients.

Everything you will prepare on the four-course menu in this class will be made entirely from scratch — from a bright lobster salad to a brightly colored and freshly churned ube ice cream. This practice will enable you to learn and work on mastering a variety of different techniques that can apply to any Asian cuisine.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ellie and her food are fabulous! She prepared three Filipino dishes, each one unique from the next, and I enjoyed every single bite. If you like Asian flavors with Spanish influences, you need Filipino food in your life! I highly recommend.
