Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.

The ched was very knowledgeable and the facility was top knotch. My problem was that the menu was all adapted by a non vegan. The appetizer was great but the other courses fell flat. Pasta was mediocre, “meat” balls were dry and I have had much better vegan cheesecake. I will not be booking through Cosymeal again. If I ate meat, I am sure I would appreciate everything the chef has to offer but there are much better vegan cooking classes in nyc

It was a great experience ! Chef Ivan taught us every detail during the process right from kneading the dough and knife skills to using the pasta machine and presenting the plates.

Chef gave excellent instructions and answered ALL of our questions. I would have appreciated some individual feedback on our/my cutting skills to help me develop my proficiency withe a chef’s knife.
