Chef Meg is ready to impress you with her amazing culinary skills. She will take some classic 1970s and 1980s-inspired dishes and give them a modern twist that will wow your senses.

This class is all about taking some risks. You will be using ingredients that may seem a bit unexpected, but you will be in awe at how aromatic and delectable your meal becomes! Join Chef Meg as she guides you in preparing an appealing appetizer, classic meatloaf, and a scrumptious chocolate dessert.

Chef Meg was absolutely incredible-- she created an interactive cooking experience for my husband's birthday that was fun for both kids and adults alike. Best part about it -- we had an amazing meal that we now know how to make! Highly recommend.

Chef Meg was awesome. I loved her energy and her home is extremely welcoming. She made the cooking experience very comfortable. Allowed us to participate and welcomed us into her kitchen as if it were our own. The meal was exceptional and Doug was also a great asset with the experience. I will definitely book again and I encourage those to do the same. Chef Meg rock and looking forward to more sessions with her!

Holding one diploma from The International Culinary Center with a focus on French techniques, and another from Roger Williams University in French and Italian studies, Chef Meg knows her way around the kitchen. She has experience in numerous kitchens, including Colicchio & Sons, and has shown an aptitude for creating everything from rustic breads at a ranch to petite-fours in an upscale eatery.
