In this hands-on class, Chef Adam will show you how to bring out the best in a few staple brunch fares. You will enjoy learning the techniques to pull off these brunch favorites with a twist.

Deviled eggs with a sweet and savory bacon tomato jam set the stage for an impressive brunch menu. Cajun benedict adds a smoky, spicy element to a timeless classic. End on a sweet note with an incredibly indulgent banana-stuffed French toast elevated to a heavenly realm with nutella chantilly cream and bourbon maple syrup.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
