Cooking Class - An Evening in Tuscany

What You’ll Do

Try your hand at the traditional preparations of classic Tuscan favorites with Chef David.

Fresh and easy to prepare, Tuscan food is based on the idea of cucina povera or “poor cooking.” In this hands-on class, Chef David teaches how the simplicity and peasant origins of Tuscan cuisine somehow deliver nothing but bold flavors.

With every bite of this four-course dinner, there's something new to get excited about. Whether it's the freshly-foraged mushrooms, the sweet heirloom tomatoes, the tender pillows of gnocchi, or whatever combination of those you happen to scoop up with your fork, there's nothing but good flavor happening in this class.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef David is great chef! All of his dishes were delicious. He was very personable and made the experience laid back and fun. I especially loved the Pumpkin Gnocchi dish, which was topped with fresh sage. It was the perfect winter dish!
