These traditional and innovative recipes harness the goodness of hormone-free meats, seasonal vegetables and healthy legumes. This dinner party-style class begins with communal chopping and prep. Then, you will take turns in the cooking process and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a family style dinner.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
