He values every experience, and it helped shape him into the chef he is today. Being half Korean and half Italian, his heritage also plays a huge role in his culinary expertise.

Chef Neil, who recently moved to Portland from the East Coast, has ample experience working in restaurants but recently decided to devote his career to teaching and becoming a personal chef. His Korean roots inspired this class with some of the flavors brought from overseas; classic Korean dishes with a personal twist that chef Neil brings to the table are spicy, crunchy, flavorful and so fun to make!
